Kindle is revolutionary as it offers instant deliver and books are priced at lower price than hard copies. Biggest advantage of Amazon Kindle is that you can install the Kindle software on your PC or iphone. You can browse almost 50% of the eBook before buying. I have purchased both eBooks, clothes, laptops and text books. Standard shipping always delivered items in 3 days. I also have good experience in returning or order cancellation process. There is no sales tax on the Amazon purchase as it does not have any physical store anywhere in USA. So it makes sense to purchase laptop or LCDs from Amazon. Amazon reviews are also another great thing. Always read the reviews written by users before making any decision to purchase.

I never bought anything on ebay. I know both good and bad stories about the purchases made from different sellers on ebay.

Another good site to buy from, but ads mixed in between searches makes it difficult to search products. My delivery took longer than what Amazon usually takes.

I shopped at both store and online. Target now a days prices similar to Walmart. Target has excellent bakery section. Online store has more collection than actual store.

Website has no good search engine. Best way to locate an item is to use Google.com and search for "item+walmart.com". Most items are lowest priced. Some items are available with 1cent shipping to store. This is particularly good for any large stuff like mattress you order.

I always check Amazon and Bestbuy.com prices before making any purchase. Not to mention there is tax difference you have to consider when making purchase. But you can get the feel of your purchase at Bestbuy store and returns are easy. I purchased a laptop and returned it immediately with no restocking fee. I also got rewards for the previous purchases with reward program.

Large collection of hardware and home tools are the key points for this store.

Gap has unique styling and trendy clothes. Best thing is you can get the Gap Card earn rewards and discounts for your next purchases. If you are card holder you can order stuff from Gap.com and return it to the store without any charges.

Large collection of clothes and lots of other stuff. Get discounts by getting Macy's card. Good value for money spent.

Never buy anything without checking deals from sellers. Deals2buy.com is the most comprehensive in getting top deals from every store. Sometimes it is difficult to notice good deals due to its arrangement.

Greyhound has most comprehensive coverage of bus service in USA. There are alternatives bus services which offer even higher quality buses depending on your area you live. Buses are good sometimes if you live 2-3 hr drive from international airport. All bus companies have a bus service linking to the major airports. It is a good idea to do the advance booking online with a bus provider.

Cost little to purchase old furniture, electronics and clothes. You have to visit often to get something good.

Find the craigslist website for your city. Search for the item you need. You can get really good deal on the furniture, electronics, cars, apartment. You can post and sell your stuff too.

Each city has its own popular website apart from these two above. For example we always used statecollege.com to sell and buy stuff than craigslist.com.
